Account Deletion

We're sorry to see you go! If you wish to delete your Feste account, please review the information below carefully before proceeding.

⚠️ Important Warning

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including your portfolio, posts, connections, and messages, will be permanently deleted.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you delete your Feste account, the following will occur:

  • Profile & Portfolio: Your profile, portfolio, photos, videos, and all uploaded content will be permanently deleted
  • Posts & Comments: All your posts, comments, and reactions will be removed from the platform
  • Connections: Your connections and followers list will be deleted
  • Messages: All your conversations and messages will be removed
  • Applications: Your applications to casting calls and equipment requests will be withdrawn
  • Active Postings: Any active casting calls or equipment rentals you've posted will be removed
  • Account Access: You will immediately lose access to your account

Data Retention

After account deletion:

  • Most personal data is deleted within 30 days
  • Some data may be retained for legal, security, or operational purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy
  • Anonymized analytics data may be retained
  • Content that has been shared or copied by others may still exist on their devices

Before You Delete

Consider these alternatives:

  • Deactivate: Temporarily deactivate your account instead (available in app settings)
  • Privacy Settings: Adjust your privacy settings to limit visibility
  • Take a Break: You can always stop using the app without deleting your account
  • Download Data: Export your data before deletion (available in app settings)

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account in two ways:

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

  1. Open the Feste app
  2. Go to Settings → Account Settings
  3. Select "Delete Account"
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions
  5. Confirm your identity
  6. Submit deletion request

Method 2: Request Via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by submitting the form below or emailing us directly at: delete@feste.app

Fill out this form to request account deletion. We'll verify your identity and process your request within 3-5 business days.

Cancel & Go Home

After Submitting Your Request

Once you submit your deletion request:

  1. You'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours
  2. We may contact you to verify your identity
  3. Your account will be deleted within 3-5 business days
  4. You'll receive a final confirmation email when deletion is complete
